Booking Policy

Booking is important for management of classes – classes are popular and can become oversubscribed so booking is recommended to keep classes sizes to a comfortable and safe limit. Alternatively, during holiday periods classes may be cancelled if there are too few people booked and we need to know who is planning on attending so we can keep people updated. This is also important if classes are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Booking Options and Conditions
You can book classes on the Pay-As-You-Go rate or you can book a Monthly pass and receive an excellent discount. For prices, check out the Book Class page.

Pay As You Go means you pay the full class rate and you can either book and buy one class at a time or up to five classes by adding your class or classes to your basket.

Six-class passes are valid for eight weeks from date of purchase. They can be purchased online when booking by entering your selected six classes into your basket. This will secure your place in those classes and your discount will be applied at the checkout. Your pass will provided at your next class following booking. Please present your pass each time you attend class for sign-off.

If you decide you’d like to come to class at the last minute and the online booking page says there are no tickets available, it’s still worth getting in touch as I keep a few places for non-online booking and there are occasionally cancellations.

Cancellation Policy – Group classes
Perfectly Pilates has a 24-hour cancellation policy for group classes .  However, we do understand that life happens and things occasionally come up or go wrong, so if you really do need to cancel or change your group-class booking, you can do this via your booking confirmation email or contacting us on 07341817156 at least 24 hours in advance so that we can try to fill the space by contacting other clients who are waiting for a space. If you do not provide the requisite 24-hours’ notice, we reserve the right to still charge you or not allow any amendment to your booking.

You can transfer your booking to another Class up to 12 hours ahead of the originally-booked Class via your booking confirmation email.  You may only transfer each class once and the class you transfer to must be within two weeks of the originally-booked Class.  We reserve the right to charge you beyond the 12 hours in advance point.

Cancellation Policy – One-to-one sessions, Workshops & Courses
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all one-to-one sessions, Workshops & Courses. The full payment for the event or package will be taken at the time of booking. We consider 50% of this to be a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 48-hours of the session, we will provide you with a refund value of 50%. This is to cover admin charges which the Business is charged for your initial payment and refund, as well as the costs of having re-advertise to fill the space.

Cancellations within 24 hours – We reserve the right not to refund cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. This is because it is highly unlikely that we will be able to secure another booking within the period to replace the time you had booked and may have turned away customers who could have had the space.

Perfectly Pilates cancelling Group Classes, One-to-one sessions, Workshops & Courses
If we have to cancel any event for any reason then of course you will not be penalised for that. We will refund you in full for that event or allow you to carry over your booking to a later class – whichever of these options you prefer.
