Perfectly Pilates

This session is based on Pilates and yoga movement but it’s faster and more intense to burn calories and improve your heart and lung health but still kind on joints.

It will burn a load of calories and boost your metabolism for the next 24 hours at least so you burn calories even as you catch up on your current box set and do your work tomorrow!

It’s really fun and your abs, arms and bum will be burning 🔥 but there's no circuits or running or jumping about! Like the sound of this?

You’ll only need a mat or blanket to work on for the floor-based second part, a cushion and a bottle of water.

You will need:
- a scarf OR long towel OR exercise band
- a cushion
- an exercise mat OR folded blanket OR some kind of padding to lie or a thick carpet may be fine.
