Don’t forgot your water at classes! Even though we’re not jumping around or getting a cardio workout in, we’re sill doing full-body weight bearing, walking planks, intense exercises so you will still sweat a little you will need to replace the water you lose throughout classes. It’s just so warm. Please bring water to classes especially in the summer months. It’s so easy to get dehydrated and feel a headache starting in this weather. Phew... have we got through this warm week unscathed? What fab but sticky weather. It’s been hard to get a good night’s sleep this week hasn’t it?! I wanted to say well done to those people who have rocked up to classes despite the heat. Ready to do some work and build your deep strength and flexibility, and have a well-deserved relax too. Good on you and you’ve kept me going when I just felt like it’s too hot for this!!! Heaven knows you could have been taking time out in your garden, the beach, walking in woods etc. etc. and no one could blame you for doing those things when you get the chance.
